Dr. Alvarez is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Alvarez’s medical interests include working with teens, women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, and guidance related to family planning. Dr. Alvarez is fluent in both Spanish and English.
